Description of Repair: The BI-50-DEEP-XT-OOB is part of Amantii’s Panorama series. As noted, the XT means extra tall with nearly 17-inch-tall viewing area. This unit came back to us with a broken glass media tray. The broken glass has been cleaned out and replaced. It has been tested and works perfectly. It comes with the manual, remote control and a large box of mixed ice media and glass chunks. S/N 122017280088
